As many of you might already know the cancellation of The Third Room x Bassiani showcase caused by the corona virus pandemic led us on the edge of a financial ruin. We are working already on a replacement date for the first week of May but under these uncertain circumstances we are not able to deliver you concrete news about it. All tickets retain their validity for the postponed date.
Now we are reaching out for your help and want to give you certain options for your contribution in this urgent matter. In return we want to thank you in various paths. Please read carefully next in which ways you can help us and what do you get for that in return of our gratitude. We are thanking in advance for your time and patience.
1. Renounce of the ticket refund for the cancelled show on the 14.03.20 You will be contacted next week by Resident Advisor to have the chance to renounce the refund of your bought ticket for this show. This will avoid the worst-case scenario that we have to refund all tickets at once. Let us put this in simple words: we won’t exist after that. In the course of this process we have prepared a general overview of our costs which will list the expenses of this show, our already planned ones and general costs of the company.
We are doing this because not all of you will have the insight of how a company for events are run and financed. If we want something from you, we need to explain why. Please note: we are living primary from ticket and drink sales on our events. And of course, this a free will of choice. Everyone who wants their ticket to be refunded will get her/his money back. And we say it again: all tickets retain their validity for the postponed date planned for the first week of May.
In return of our gratitude all ticket buyers who will renounce their ticket will get a party organized especially for them and an upcoming Fundraiser EP for free. Stay tuned for more infos.
